Trust is an independent arbitration chamber located within the firm's premises in Amman. It is open to any arbitrator or disputing parties wishing to hold hearings there, and the firm also uses it for the arbitrations it handles.
The chamber hosts proceedings before a sole arbitrator or a tribunal of several arbitrators, across all types of commercial and civil disputes, and was designed, and is run, to the standards followed by international arbitral institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
The chamber is available for hire by accredited arbitrators in Jordan, and by parties and their counsel, who need a neutral, professional setting with complete confidentiality. Its facilities include:
